Have been buying these slippers in natural for years now, every couple of years I order a new pair for me and my aging mother. We both wear them daily year round, she’s in VIC, I’m in QLD. I sent her the pink ones this year and she says they’re lovely, so I think I’ll be ordering myself a pink pair for a change next time I’m due for a new pair. Consistently quick order processing and delivery; ordered Monday and she received them Thursday. Wouldn’t buy my ugg slippers from anywhere else.

The new sole and attachment is far superior to the older variety. The real sheepskin is really warm and doesn't cause the feet to perspire as the faux materials also do.

Soft and comfy. Pretty too. I bought myself a pair, and then bought a pair for a friend. She was delighted too. I was very happy with the quick turnaround, especially in current times with lockdown in place.

The advice given when I phoned was helpful and pleasant. I ordered on line and received the slippers sooner than I had expected. I especially appreciate the advice given on the label that the slippers should be a firm fit at first to allow for the settling of the wool. I was surprised to measure the soles against a very old pair which is now loose and find that the old and new are the same size.

Easy website to navigate. I'm an expat living in Canada, so although the shipping took a little longer, my package arrived safe and sound and in good condition. The slippers are just as described and fit well (this pair replaces a pair I bought about 10 years ago!). Although a little different in appearance, I'm hoping this pair lasts as long.
